What is the Leadership Academy
The MEM Leadership Academy is a program of the “Children from the Regions, in the Regions” Socio-Educational NGO. It is designed for children and young people from the MEM community, as well as applicants who are not yet part of MEM but want to develop their leadership skills and contribute to the development of their communities and regions. The Academy is a 12-month hybrid program consisting of four stages and combining online learning with in-person meetings.
The goal of the MEM Academy is to shape a new generation of regional leaders — digitally and media literate, equipped with 21st-century skills, ready for emergencies, aware, and grounded in a strong system of values.
The MEM Academy shapes young people who:
have self-awareness and a system of values

can design and implement projects
become changemakers in their own communities
