"“I believe the future will be better if we work in the fields we love.” 19-year-old Nelli is from the village of Horom in Shirak Province. During her 4 years with MEM, she has completed 1,000+ assignments, organized 70+ seminars across all regions of Armenia, and spoke at “DemArDem 2025” about making the impossible possible. Today, Nelli is already building her career in the field of engineering: at the Mit Center, she leads the “Aviators” program and a technology camp with 100+ participants, proving that the right environment can help a young person from a rural community reach the world of high technologies and leadership."

"“Volunteering is an important starting point for a professional career.” 20-year-old Gug Barseghyan is from Vardenis. After joining MEM in 2021, he developed his skills within the education team, which paved the way for his role as an Armath workshop facilitator. Deepening his expertise in graphic design, Gug received a job offer from TCF Armenia thanks to the MEM community. After completing his mandatory military service, Gug returned to TCF Armenia as a confident professional and reconnected with MEM as an active alumnus, proving that the journey from volunteering to professional growth can begin with just one step."

"“Our growth and development begin right in our own region.” Meri is from Ararat Province. She joined MEM at the age of 16 and for a long time coordinated the regional team. A year ago, together with Ararat IT Center, she built the AIT Club youth community in Vedi from scratch, which today has become an active environment with 20+ regular participants. Following the success of this initiative and the valuable experience she gained, Meri now works at MEM, proving that active regional engagement and initiative can grow into a strong professional career."

"“Living in the regions does not prevent you from reaching great heights.” Meri is from Gegharkunik Province and joined MEM at the age of 17. Her first professional experience began at MEM, where the skills and confidence she gained paved the way to opportunities with leading Armenian companies and international work offers — while continuing to live in her region. At the same time, she teaches English at MEM Academy, empowering a new generation and proving that it is possible to learn, grow, and build a successful career while staying in your own region."
