MEM's foundation

is the Leadership Academy,

The “MEM Leadership Academy” of the “Children in Regions” NGO is designed for children and young people of the MEM community, as well as those candidates from outside MEM who wish to develop leadership skills and are ready to take responsibility for the development of communities and regions. The “MEM Leadership Academy” consists of 4 stages, with a duration of 16-18 months. The format is hybrid, conducted through online and offline (face-to-face) meetings. The MEM Academy aims to form a new generation of regional leaders who are digitally and media literate, equipped with 21st-century skills, prepared for emergencies, and possess a strong value system. The project is implemented in a non-formal education format, involving top-tier trainers in the field, promoting self-discovery and self-education. It responds to educational gaps and the urgent demand for 21st-century skills, contributing to the formation of a collaborative culture and balanced development in Armenia.
