The goal of the "Towards Self-Awareness" phase is to: - Develop self-awareness, identify personal strengths and areas for improvement, define personal vision, assist in professional orientation, develop soft skills, enhance knowledge and skills in civil defense, improve cognitive and analytical skills across Armenia. The skills for this phase are: Soft skills, Communication skills / presentation skills, Teamwork, Discipline / responsibility / time management, Creativity, Critical thinking, Problem-solving mindset, individual SMART goals, Learning how to learn, Volunteering
